Problem in Left Rear RIM

Hello All,
Model - SKODA KAROQ 2017 Petrol Automatic
I need a bit of advice on how to manage this situation.
16/June - I changed my winter tires to summer tire, I got good condition summer tire.
After that I am observing vibrations on my thighs, when driving above 40 KM/HR,
19/06/2024 - I went to tire balacing center, they told the LEFT REAR RIM is damaged, I need to change that.
They recommended to contact SKODA showroom. How much the RIM costs? Is that covered in insurance? Can someone help me to sort out this situation.
Thanks
Vishnu - Belgium

Welkom here!
At first: try your spare rim (or one of the winter rims). If the vibration is over, it's the rim. I don't think it's covered by any insurance or warranty. There are companies specialized in reparing rims, of you can buy a new one. Look at www.kopacek.com, i don't know what rims you have.
By the way: it's recommended to introduce yourself @meet&greet and we love pictures (so we can see what rims you have...)
And if you try to write in Dutch, it's likely you get more answers.
